學歷 國立台中教育大學 經歷 國小教師35年 同德家商董事   組成和諧專業之董事會，支持校務穩健發展； 順應世界及台灣教育潮流，規劃學校轉型方向，成就同德每一位學生與教師。

經營理念 / Business philosophy

徐女士畢業於國立台中教育大學，歷任國小教師35年，現任同德家商專任董事長，以百年樹人的教育理念，傾其財力心力創辦學校，目的在於教育青少年，提昇國民素質，以愛、熱心、犧牲奉獻的精神回饋社會，其辦學理念為：

1. 建立共識，迎求教育理想的學校目標。
2. 學習與生活結合，追求精緻生活教育。
3. 兼辦生活教育，提高作業人員素質。
4. 加強建教合作，學理與技術相輔相承。
5. 創造人性化的教育園地，蘊育倫理觀念的學校文化。
6. 培養允文允武，終生學習的學生。
7. 建立學校交流，吸收先進國家經驗。

Ms. Hsu graduated from the National Taichung University of Education. She has served as a primary school teacher for 35 years. She is currently the full-time chairman of Tungder High School. With a century-old educational philosophy, she has invested her financial resources to establish schools. , Enthusiasm, and sacrifice to give back to the society.

Its educational philosophy is:

1. Establish a consensus to meet the ideal school goals of education.
2. Combining learning and life, pursuing refined life education.
3. Carry out life education at the same time to improve the quality of operating personnel.
